How cold of weather can you fly your drone? Manufacturers put in there specifications that 32 degrees F (0 degrees C) are the limitations for the UAVs. Other recommendations you'll find are down to 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C) for a cold weather flight. First off we have to say to always fly at your own risk and capability. Follow your manufacturer recommendations and fly as safe as possible. The coldest flight he has performed to date is -20 degrees F when a realtor really wanted to have their property pictures complete and the day was very calm. Taking aerial photos only requires pressing the shutter button and is easy to capture versus trying to collect good video footage.
